Terms of Service

Effective date: 8 August 2026

Please read these Terms carefully before purchasing or using NovaCrest ("the platform," "we," "us"), operated by an individual seller. By checking the agreement box at signup or checkout, or otherwise using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use NovaCrest.

Description of Service

NovaCrest provides online educational courses, including the AI Skills Bundle, Affiliate Marketing Mastery, and the Advanced Track (coding, math, and machine learning theory content, including material curated from public university courses — see Section 4).

No-Refund Policy — Read Before Purchasing

All sales are final. NovaCrest does not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for any course purchase, for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, dissatisfaction with content, or failure to complete the course. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you understand and accept this policy. This is disclosed to you before checkout is completed, and your purchase constitutes acceptance of it.

If a technical failure on our end genuinely prevents you from accessing content you paid for, contact us at nova.crest@gmail.com and we will work to restore access — this is separate from a refund and does not override the no-refund policy above.

Course Content & Third-Party Academic Material

Some Advanced Track content is based on, and references, publicly available course material from universities including Stanford, UC Berkeley, MIT, and Imperial College London. NovaCrest organizes, explains, and delivers this material in its own original format but does not claim authorship of the underlying academic coursework, which remains the property of the respective institutions. Where such material is used, it is referenced for educational purposes consistent with its public availability. NovaCrest's own video content, written explanations, and course structure are original works owned by NovaCrest.

Payment & Access

  • Course fees are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment must be completed before course access is granted.
  • Access is for your personal, individual use only — sharing your login or reselling course access is prohibited (see Section 7).

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share, resell, or redistribute course content or your account access
  • Use the community/chat features to harass, spam, or post unlawful content
  • Attempt to scrape, copy, or republish course materials
  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose

Violation of these terms may result in suspension of your account without refund.

Intellectual Property

All original NovaCrest content — video lessons, written material, course structure, and branding — is owned by NovaCrest and protected by intellectual property law. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access the content for your own learning; it does not transfer ownership or grant rights to redistribute it.

No Guarantee of Results

NovaCrest teaches skills and strategies related to AI tools, freelancing, and affiliate marketing. We do not guarantee any specific income, results, or outcome from applying course content. Individual results depend on effort, market conditions, and factors outside our control. Any income examples or figures referenced in course content are illustrative, not a promise of similar results.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NovaCrest and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including decisions or actions taken based on course content.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time for violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
